Please do not upload passwords, PINs, one-time authentication codes, credit or debit card details, or unrelated personal documents.

When you submit a Self Apply application, your details and uploaded documents are processed for financing application review and stored in restricted Business Capital business systems, including secure Google Drive storage used for application records. Internal staff authorised to handle applications may receive notification emails containing application metadata and a secure link to the relevant application folder. Uploaded documents are not attached to those emails.

If an online enquiry form is available on this website in future, information submitted through it would be processed through the same-origin server endpoint and handled according to this policy.

2. Technical information

When you visit the site, standard technical information may be processed by the hosting environment, such as basic browser or device information and the pages requested.

If you arrive from a campaign link, the site may retain UTM parameters (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content) in the browser session so they can be associated with a later enquiry or application. These values are not displayed to visitors.
